Petal & Sprout specializes in floral design and boutique services including, but not limited to, custom floral arrangements, event floristry, wedding floral services, floral workshops, plant styling, gift delivery, corporate floral subscriptions, and preserved flower art. Our online platform facilitates the browsing, selection, and purchase of these services and products.
2. Orders and Payments
- Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.
- Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent upon successful receipt of your payment. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of your order.
- Custom Orders: For custom floral arrangements, event floristry, and wedding services, specific contracts may apply in addition to these general terms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard floral arrangements or plant purchases must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
- Workshop Bookings: Specific cancellation policies apply to floral workshops and will be detailed at the time of booking.
- Event & Wedding Services: Cancellations for event or wedding services are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services to specified areas within Singapore. Please check our delivery information section on our online platform for details.
- Recipient Availability: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.
- Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our physical location during our operating hours.
5. Product Quality and Substitutions
We endeavor to use the freshest and highest quality flowers and plants available. Due to the seasonal nature and availability of floral products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and color palette of the original design. We will notify you of significant substitutions where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and creative designs, is the property of Petal & Sprout and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Petal & Sprout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services or products will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
